Our PIC will reply to the email and provide information regarding step for Quotation Form as well as Analysis Form.
2. Client is required to fill up the Quotation Form. Auto generated quotation will be sent directly to the client email.
3. Upon agreeing with the quotation, the client must proceed the payment through Purchase Order or online platform Billplz (Billplz | Fair payment platform).
4. Client need to submit the Analysis Form.
5. Then the samples can be couriered or self-delivered, and payment can be done accordingly.
Samples can be couriered to PPPL UMT or self-delivery. Samples must be received in good condition. It is recommended to courier the sample in small container.
We will not be liable if the sample does not obtain clearance from your national authorities (e.g:Custom)

Please attach the proof of payment / Purchase Order (PO)/ Local Order (LO).
Minimum 2 gram. (Do not crush sample)
PPPL will provide Certificate of Analysis (COA) based on analysis. COA is the certificate that usually includes the actual test results performed on the sample received, authorized by the approved signatory. COA will be released after 2 weeks of analysis.
Certificate of Analysis will be provided via PDF. A hard copy can be provided upon request.
Yes, you can. You need to inform our laboratory personnel officially through e-mail. It needs to be self-collected within two (2) weeks after the issuance of Certificate of Analysis.
